City Council
The Lyon City Council gathers 10 times annually. To promote transparency and the participation of its citizens in local democracy, all bills to be voted on by the City Council are communicated prior to each session. The minutes of the debates and deliberations are then published following the session. Records may be consulted online starting from the year 1998.
